When does the Euroleague start? Fixtures, news and everything you need to know for Day 1.

A new Euroleague season is about to begin, but this season is not just any season. This year marks the 25th anniversary of the first modern Euroleague game.

The Euroleague has gathered in a video its great stars that have made this competition great. The Euroleague plans for this season 24/25 different initiatives to celebrate this anniversary, from forming the historical team of these 25 years chosen by the fans, to the teams playing with historical jerseys of a significant moment in its history.

When does the Euroleague start?

After 128 days since the final of the last edition of the Euroleague between Real Madrid and Panathinaikos, the best European basketball is back. This Thursday, October 3 and Friday, October 4, will be played the first day with several interesting games.

The best European teams return with a final goal, to be in the Final Four of 2025, which is not decided where it will be played but possible venues such as Belgrade or Abu Dhabi are being considered.
