PAYMENT Policy
1. Introduction
This Payment Policy sets out the terms and conditions relating to payments on NBN23 (“we”, “us”, “our” or “the Company”). By subscribing to our services through our website (“www.swisharea.com”), you agree to be bound by this Payment Policy.
2. Payment Methods

2.2. Información de Pago:
You must provide valid and accurate payment information. By submitting payment information, you authorize NBN23 to collect the full amount of the subscription using the selected payment method.
When using the Virtual POS to make the card payment, you are redirected to a page controlled by the Bank to make the payment through its payment gateway. Therefore, we inform you that the Virtual POS of the Bank integrates the Secure Electronic Commerce (CES) functionality during the process of the buyer as the legitimate cardholder in order to provide the purchase process with high security and payment protection. The Bank will collect during the electronic payment transaction information related to the connection and IP address, device information, email address, cell phone, navigation data and transaction data, as well as other accessible data from the online connection and the channel required by the VISA Secure / Mastercard Identity Check Security protocols, in order to detect and prevent unauthorized or fraudulent payment transactions.
3. Invoicing Process
3.1. Facturación Recurrente:
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan selected (monthly, yearly, etc.). Billing will be done at the beginning of each subscription period.
3.2. Fecha de Facturación:
The billing date will be the date your initial purchase is completed. In the event that such date does not exist in subsequent months, billing will be made on the last day of the corresponding month.
3.3. Confirmación de Pago:
After each payment, you will receive a confirmation email with transaction and billing details. We recommend that you keep this email for future reference.
4. Renewal and Cancellation
4.1. Renovación Automática:
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. Upon renewal, you will be charged the then-current subscription rate.
The Customer may disable the automatic renewal through his customer area.
4.2. Cancelación de Suscripción:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account on the Site. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period and no refunds will be granted for partially used subscription periods.
5. Price Changes
5.1. Notificación de Cambios:
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. We will notify you of any price change at least 30 days before it becomes effective. New prices will apply to the next billing cycle following notification.
5.2. Aceptación de Cambios:
If you do not agree to the price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change becomes effective. Your continued use of the services after the effective date of the price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
